Dry Rub Must Have
So far I’ve only used this is my dry rub. (Actually 3x as much as it calls for.) I have used store bought before, but it has almost no flavor. This mace is so flavorful with floral/citrus notes. It reminds me of sassafras leaves in the springtime but better! It adds something to my dry rub that no other spice can.

I need a reliable vendor for my ingredients. Spices, Inc. is that vendor. I use Ground Mace in several recipes. Some people substitute Nutmeg - its not the same. Excellent Quality! Thank you Spices, Inc.
