Great flavor, too lumpy
The sweet smoked paprika does have a real nice smokey flavor to it. For the flavor, I would give it a "5".
I use it in most of the spice blends that I create and sell.
But this shipment of paprika is VERY lumpy, so I must use a sifter AND a mortar and pestle to remove all those lumps on every cup that I use in my recipes. Very labor intensive. For that reason, I must bump my rating down to "3". Sorry!

I was hoping this had
I was hoping this had more of a darker and smoky smell and flavor. Not what I was used to getting from another company. It will be ok for now.

The Spain smoked paprika should have the strong smoked taste, and smell.
