Great spice....
Use it with oatmeal, yogurt and smoothies. Yes smoothies adds a bit of a kick. A little sweet but nice and smokey as well. Well packaged great value.

In order of strength: roasty like black coffee, smoky, heat, raisin. All fresh, concentrated, and with a punch. Definitely useful in SW dishes, especially sauces and gravy, but easy to overdo.
