I ordered the Bird chilies along with several other items that are hard to find consistently in Denver, Colorado. I received them all—well packaged and all correct—along with a lovely handwritten note thanking me for my first order. Thai Bird Chiles

Thai bird chiles
Using these for pickles I am canning, right size and right amount of heat , but many of the dried chiles are open and seeds have fallen out in the package making it difficult to add consistent heat to the jars as some pods are closed with seeds and others no seeds .
