Trinidad Curry Powder
So I tried this. A bit more of a 'curry' mix, but as expected. Used it on fresh gulf snapper, let it rest in refrigerator for two hours, grilled and enjoyed.

Best bang for your buck!
This curry is way more potent than what you would buy in stores which is phenomenal because I find myself not needing as much so not only do I get fresh ingredients, but I get to use less to get even better results.
