So I tried this. A bit more of a 'curry' mix, but as expected. Used it on fresh gulf snapper, let it rest in refrigerator for two hours, grilled and enjoyed.

I guess because I was
I guess because I was so used to store bought curry powder , I found this to be a bit too strong😞
