I like your tomato powder. I plan to buy it again. I would like to know what all is in it tho, is it JUST dried tomatoes? No other added ingredients?

Very convenient
I have used this one as a sauce thickener and it adds a nice oompf. I also added this to a pan with cubed chicken and a bit of brown sugar and it was like a barbecue sauce and my kids who usually are opposed to sauces loved it!

Great addition to my seasoning collection
This is a great substitute for tomato paste. If you have a recipe that is kind of bland, try sprinkling a bit of tomato powder in it for an added punch.
