Grilled Salmon seasoning blend
Bought this blend along with several others and am very pleased. I make salmon at least once a week, sometimes twice so I am always looking for different ways to prepare it. This is a great addition, very complementary to the salmon. I have grilled and I have baked, comes out well every time.

Not Bad Not Great
Just had it today on some fresh coho, it was definitely different from anything I’ve had before. I really liked the crunchiness from the coarse ground seasonings in it but I’m not really a big fan of the anise flavor that’s in it. I will definitely finish using what I have left but probably won’t buy again. My wife did not care for it at all.
We still like the Honey Chipotle seasoning the best for our salmon, gotta keep stocked up on that one.

Grilled Salmon
A little EVOO and sprinkle it on, baked in oven and was delicious!!
