I�۪ve tried on a variety of meats but my favorite is on pork ribs before smoking. It would be great if it had additional heat, but that can be added with another product, like sriracha since.

Very good as a rub
Very good as a rub on Tri tip using a rotisserie. Good on pork ribs too.
