It's not bad , I let it sit for over a hour and the flavor was very mild. The Tuscony bread dip is a lot more flavorful and aromatic.

Sicilian Bread Dipping Seasoning
But I'm only giving it a 3 rating because the seasoning had a "hot" kick to it. Now I love spicy flavors, but not in my Sicilian seasoning. I did really like the sample of Manzanillo Mexican seasoning. Pretty fast shipping too.

Freshly blended spices
I love the ability to have the freshly blended spices and that the containers are labeled. They are delicious and not much more expensive than buying in a retail store.
