It has revolutionized my dry rub -- I've never been satisfied with the sugar level, and this works beautifully, and has some health benefit. Sugar is sugar, but this isn't as bad as it could be, and in this day and age, that helps!

Granulated molasses
I use granulated molasses with oatmeal in the morning along with cinnamon. I also use it to make Soft Oatmeal Date cookies in place of the white & brown sugar called for in my recipe. It adds a great taste & flavor without all of the sugar.
