It is crunchy, has a subtle smoked flavor and just as strong as sea salt. Just Wonderful. And so far I have tried...South Australian Flake Salt, Sel Gris, and this is still the best!

Grind was nice and coarse.

Good flavor, not the size I was expecting
It's a smaller size that I was wanting for a coarse salt. Either I missed a larger size or it's just not quite what I wanted. It is functional, but a bit small for my grinder.
But the quality is very good. I might buy again depending on continued use.

Could use a fine ground.
Good for what it is. I'd prefer a smaller grind. Almost fine would be great!
