Wonderful for Mexican and Other Latin Dishes
This is a very subtle, delicate blend that like Garam Masala in Indian cooking seems to be the perfect finishing touch for bean dishes or taco and burrito fillings. Together with some fresh lime juice and grated garlic or onion it's also the quick and easy way to dress up plain beans just before serving.

Very good! I use it in Mexican recipes, casseroles, eggs and as a rub.It's really good on chicken as a rub mixed with a little brown sugar. I use so much, I bought the packet rather than the jar. I don't want to run out!

I had a blood pressure scare so I did research for the best "salt free seasoning" this Mexican seasoning is definitely hit the spot!!! Worth the money!!!!! I was able to cut my salt and still eat flavorable food

I've been using this blend since I got a sample in my very first order from SpicesInc. I use it in anything that I want to give a bit of a Mexican flavor to. It is wonderful and I hope it never gets discontinued.
