Wedding Favors - "Seasons of Love"
We purchased this along with a couple other salt-free seasonings from Spices, Inc. in bulk and gave them out as little favors for our wedding. Everyone has raved about the seasonings, and this has been my favorite so far! I've used it for eggs, instant pot burrito bowls, and enchiladas so far. Delicious flavors. We will order again for sure.

A Wonderful Blend
I discovered the Manzanillo blend while ordering Adobo spice. Wow, I thought Adobo was good but Manzanillo beats it by a mile. My favorite way to cook beans now is to add 3-4 TBSP of it when cooking 2 pounds of dry beans (that have been soaked overnight) in a pressure cooker. I cook the beans a couple of minutes longer than the recommended time. They turn out rich and creamy and unbelievably delicious. Manzanillo has become my go-to Mexican blend and sadly, my adobo is sitting unused.

Manzanillo Mexican Seasoning
Terrific Salt Free Blend with well balanced flavor. I've used it as a dry rub and as a marinade with Beef, Pork, Chicken, Seafood, Vegetables, Potatoes and Rice with outstanding results.
