I have used it for beef brisket and chicken. Very flavorful with a mild smoky sweet taste, but not too sweet...just a hint. :)

Used it with country style pork ribs (marinated 2 days), grilled them, and prepared the sauce recipe listed with the rub. Flavors were great.
