Kansas City BBQ Rub
This is my favorite rub. I like it a little more than the Memphis rub because this one has a hint of sweetness. I used this on a couple of baby back ribs and smoked them. To say that they came out awesome would be an understatement. I've also tried this on grilled shrimp and they came out really nice!

Flavor
We have used Steve Raichlen’s blend of Kansas City Smoke Rub and loved it’s flavor.this one that we bought from you has a different flavor. Going to use it on Christmas dinner. It is really hard to find. But i like that you come real close to the flavor. We’re cooking ribs for the dinner. What do you have in spice flavor for pork sausage?

Cooked it over lump charcoal and mesquite and used some store bought sauce.
