Be Careful With This One
This is a very vibrant blend of spices. If you tend to have a few glasses of wine or a beer or two while you cook BE CAREFUL!! It will go a long way and when you get the mix right it really does a good job of taking your cooking to Old Mexico.

cauliflower Steaks
I only used the Birria Taco Seasoning once so far. Little olive oil and dusted cauliflower steaks with Barria, seared them on the cold stone with a little flash steam at the end. Great flavor. Hole family loved it.

Oh my, I'm not sure how many times this needs to be told. I almost feel bad for the dead horse I'm beating here.
I have not reviewed every purchase from Spiceinc.com. but I can say without a doubt that there has not been one single refeetable purchase thus far.
A directly as I can be, there isn't any sense in worrying about any product purchases. Worthy of mention is the fantastic ability of the company to ship quickly and well packaged.

Complex spicy kick
Although there is plenty of peppery kick to this seasoning, there is also a bit of sweetness from the cinnamon and coriander as well as depth via allspice. It works well for a taco-style seasoning but also as a seasoning for sauteed vegetables.

Best Tacos Ever!
I was so excited to see this spice after making Birria from scratch. It is the perfect blend of spices. Birria is now my favorite go-to crock pot meal.

I think this spice is pretty much what it is supposed to be. I used it with tacos and probably should have used a little more than I did. I am planning on using it for the broth this winter.
