excellent product
I was very pleased to receive a sample of the Birria seasoning mix. I had thought about getting some with my last order, but wasn't sure I would like it. I used the packet and while I found it to be a bit strong on the cinnamon, it was very good and flavourful. Will definitely be getting more with my next order.

Not a lot of flavor
I found it to be somewhat bland, no real kick or hit of intense flavor. OK but I'll only use it for people who are sensitive to spice heat. Better after second or third reheating but not something I will purchase again.

Burris taco seasoning
I purchased this spice mix when my Mexican seasoning ran out and I couldn’t find it on your site. It’s not nearly as flavorful and pretty expensive in comparison. Please bring back the Mexican spice

Birria & Barbacoa Seasonings
Surely not a veritable Expert (..and loving to Cook, Grill, Smoke), but in having traveled around a bit, enjoying the flavors of Mexico and as more recent, Birria (Beef) Tacos in this Region of SC, the Seasoning(s) were a bit too strong in specific Ingredients (Cinnamon?, ??). May use smaller amounts of each and mix with other Seasonings to quantify their use and expense(?)
