Chili’s were extremely dry and
Chili’s were extremely dry and I didn’t even get one whole chili. Was all in little pieces due to the being old and dried out. The chili’s should be somewhat still pliable and soft not brittle. Pretty disappointed.

The Hatch Dry Whole Red
The Hatch Dry Whole Red Chile’s are advertised as having an SHU range of 800 to 1400 but It is difficult to detect any heat at all and are not even “mild.” While competitive in price this shipment was not worth the expense, time and effort after making them into a bland sauce.
