Perfect Tex-Mex blend.
I rarely use blends, preferring to mix my own. When I read about this product, I had to try it. Turns out to be the perfect flavor profile for Tex-Mex meals. A bit of heat, but only enough to highlight the other flavors.

GREAT PRODUCT
I have always been hooked on Hatch chilies! The smell, and mild heat keeps me coming back. These chilies are great fresh, dried, any way you can get them, and then use them!!!
