The Hatch Dry Whole Red
The Hatch Dry Whole Red Chile’s are advertised as having an SHU range of 800 to 1400 but It is difficult to detect any heat at all and are not even “mild.” While competitive in price this shipment was not worth the expense, time and effort after making them into a bland sauce.

Very Satisfied!
Very high quality chile! I searched other sites before placing my order, but I found Spices, Inc. is the only one that explains what specific type of chile varietal I am buying when I choose the New Mexico chiles. Also the history of how it was developed is very interesting and helpful. That gave me confidence they have good sources for quality chile.
