NewMexico chilies an excellent product
The chilies were beautiful. They had a fresh smell and were intact and whole. No crumbly bits in the package. They were dries but remained flexible and easy to remove seeds and tear into pieces before processing them for the pork stew we made. Buy them. The quality is excellent. Thank you!

New Mexico Chiles
The smell when you open the bag is wonderful. I rehydrate a lot of my chiles for cooking and canning. These chiles are exceptionally good tasting.
