Upon finding this garlic powder, i have now reformulated the recipe using this amazing Cali grown garlic, and it's off the charts amazing! I buy ALL my ingredients from Spices inc. This is the best tasting, and aroma pleasing garlic I've ever found...I will never buy anywhere else! Try this if your wanting a beautiful smooth garlic taste, WITHOUT the bitter aftertaste that cheap garlic leaves behind. I found that the cheap garlic comes from China, and this smooth garlic powder is grown in California. See article under garlic for the informative history. You will not be disappointed!
