powdered garlic
I really did not want powdered garlic, but your web page told me that you were out of the granulated garlic and I didn't think there would be a difference. So I ordered the powdered. It does not come out of the shaker very well, it clumps, doesn't come out at all and clogs the holes in the container it came in, the new cook size. We do not use salt in our kitchen and garlic has become my base spice for everything so I use a lot. I now only use a spoon to put the garlic on the food and that doesn't do a good even job. I have ordered a new container of California granulated garlic, but becuse of the pandemic your usual shipping time has tripled so I do not have it yet. I expect that the granulated will meet my expectations.
