Spicier than I expected
After I received the spice, I ground a pork roast and mixed it in. It mixed in very well. The aroma was wonderful. But it was a little bit spicier than i anticipated. But it was still very good

Breakfast Sausage Seasoning
Added apples and maple syrup to one batch, dry mustard and apples to another...both came out very tasty!
