The Thyme seems fresh and
The Thyme seems fresh and when I tasted directly, has a strong astringent herbal flavor. Excellent for herbal tea or taking directly to keep lungs healthy. Have not used it for cooking but imagine it would provide good flavor based upon what I have tasted. Wish they would provide it in ground powder form. When I grind in my grinder, it gets messy and dusty. But still good.

organic herbs
it's hard to find organic herbs and spices. I use them generously in soups and sauces and sprinkled over salads and in salad dtessings.

Organic Thyme
This organic thyme has a wonderful aroma and taste, far better than any that I've purchased from the super markets.
I store my herbs and spices in glass canning jars and a 4 ounce bag of the organic thyme requires a tad more volume than a 1/2 liter jar. I used a 1 liter glass jar.

Braising and Soups
I’m a Manager/Cook at Grace Cafe in Danville Ky. I write new menues everyday. Sometimes it’s a challenge, but having your Thyme (one of my favorites at my finger tips always assuresme that my soups and braising dishes will always be full of flavor!

Very Bad Thyme
I am not using the Thyme because it tastes like something with mold, it makes the food taste so bad. Sorry to say that.

Great Quality and Flavor
This is my first time purchasing organic thyme leaf, and it won’t be my last. The thyme is aromatic, flavorful; definitely a cut above the thyme that is available in our local grocery store.
