The best of the best.
This is the key ingredient in my Golden Milk and the turmeric tea. I have arthritis with a lovely side of neuropathic pain in my toes and everything I read when researching said it was critical to use a fresh high quality turmeric. The stuff in the grocery stores can be years old before it ever reaches their shelves. Several of the sites recommending turmeric for inflammation had links to Spices Inc. so I tried them. I am hooked for life. None of my doctors have been able to help my neuropathy pain as it comes from chemotherapy and I was just beside myself with the constant pain and freezing toes even on very hot days. Now, my toes don't hurt or feel like they are so cold since I started using Golden Milk used with fresh quality ingredients from Spices Inc. I'm not a foodie, but the only spices/herbs I don't get from this site are green chiles since I live in New Mexico where they are from. ;)

I have been ordering Turmeric in 5 lb amount now for a couple years now. Great quality & price. My husband makes a drink daily with it to help with his inflammation. I also use it in cooking. Even sprinkle a little on my senior dogs food to help ease his arthritis.
