This Turmeric is really good

Turmeric, fingers-200 mesh ground
I owned a dietary supplement business from 1989 to 2011. During that time I discovered there is probably no better anti-inflammatory than curcuminoids - the active ingredient in Indian Curcuma long. And the average of cucuminoids of commercially available turmeric varies from about 2% to 3% , except when assaying the "fingers". The best quality turmeric
root has "extensions", looking like fingers. It is these fingers that represent the highest quality (and quantity) of curcumoids that occur naturally (7-9%).
Spices Inc. "fingers" ground turmeric is the highest quality turmeric available and I highly recommend it!

What a difference!
I purchased a pound of turmeric powder because I have arthritis and I drink it in bone broth every day. It is so much better than the stuff I got in the grocery store. What I purchased there tasted and smelled like dirt by itself and didn't add any flavor to the broth or food I put it in. I used it because I needed the anti-inflammatory properties. When I got this turmeric from Spices Inc., the first thing I noticed was that it smelled good, not like dirt, but rich and subtle. It also tastes wonderful. Thank you Spices Inc. I'll definitely be ordering more.
