Warning, this chipotle has more heat than that wimpy stuff at the grocery store. It makes me sneeze if I'm not careful, and I use about a third as much. More than that and it is too hot for me. I might try the morita next time and blend them.

It has great heat, even better flavor, and is a staple in recipes ranging from eggs to chili, to bbq to... well, you name it! I definitely prefer the Meco to the Morita, but I keep both on hand.

We have a company called Piedmont Spice Company in Piedmont SD. Your products are all great, your packaging as well. I develop flavors and spice blends and am in gourmet kitchens as well as grocery stores. We are also in health care. Wish you had more product for I have to buy from 3 different companies. My Cajun Mustard for example has 31 ingredients and I need all 3 companies for this 1 blend. However I really like you guys!
