White pepper pops!
We use white pepper in our custom blackening blend and decided to try this after we were sent a small sample bottle by Spices Inc.. Of those we've tried, this particular white pepper nudged our blend to a rather interesting change on the response in the mouth. It gave a slightly longer lasting zing on the palate with the several dishes we tried it on in a side by side kitchen test of the other blend we have. This is our "go to" replacement moving forward. Thanks Spices Inc.!
