Mexican Oregano is different from European.
Bought it to try with Mexican Black Bean Soup recipes. Which also uses Cumin (Spices Inc's Organic). What a much better result!
Now I add it to marinade Boneless Chicken Thighs as well! The BEST! Our new FAVORITE way for make grilled chicken.
We're probably going to find more ways to get all that great influence in other dishes too!
