Best Dry Jerk Seasoning Ever!
I love this blend. I normally make a jerk paste out of fresh ingredients but I think those days are over. This blend is so tasty and fresh, you would never know that you were using dry ingredients. Beat dry jerk rub I've every used.

A vacation in a bowl
I made some Jamaican Jerk Pork with this seasoning, first coating a shoulder and allowing to imbibe overnight, then grilling and finally finishing in the crock pot with chicken broth and onions. I pulled the pork and freshened up with more seasoning. Served with black beans seasoned with garlic and cumin and white rice. A delicious trip to the islands without leaving home. My only regret: I wish I had some ripe plantains and some yucca root to prepare to round out the feast. Truly different and tasty.
