Jamaican Jerk Seasoning

I am still figuring out
I am still figuring out how to use it. I am used to using Jerk marinades. put it on a bunch of chicken breast in a crock and it turned out very good but I should have used more (for my taste).

I think its very good
I think its very good blend for grilling, but it is not the best version for use in a saute pan without some help. I do wish there was two versions, one with a more assertive heat because in terms of spice the flavor is good but the heat is pretty mild (for me).

Too spicy
With the recommended amount there was no flavor then when I added more it was way too spicy, I couldn't even eat it! In the description it did not say it read spicy. Definitely disappointed as I was looking for a sodium free alternative to flavor my ground turkey, but this is not it. And unfortunately it's waay too expensive.

I guess I expected the Jerk Seasoning to have more of a kick. This was extremely mild and so was disappointed with the purchase.
