Quick Jalapeño flavor booster
This mix is perfect for waking up my scrambled eggs, or added to any dish for a kick. I love using fresh Jalapeños, but this mix works just as well. Has just enough heat!

Tastier than fresh?
These dried jalapeno "flakes" -- shreds of jalapeno pepper pods minus some of their seeds, dried, give long-cooked dishes a warn, rich and slightly peppery depth that would be hard to manage with fresh jalapeno. Plus iot is way easier!
