It's definitely Garlic!!
I received my package of granulated Garlic pretty quickly. A client picked it up from the porch to hand it to me and gasped . . . "What IS that", she exclaimed. Uh ya . . . my new granulated Garlic, I replied. Whew, it's potent stuff!! Honestly, even through the plastic and cardboard box, and from inside my cupboard, it's stinking up the entire first floor of my house. lol I go through a LOT of garlic, so my hope is that I don't have to use as much of this stronger stuff, as I was using of the 'store shelf' brand. I am definitely not a chef, and have not adapted my taste buds to all the new 'healthy' options that I have been working to bring in, but I really can't tell much of a taste difference. That's just me, I'm sure.

The garlic is great and
The garlic is great and being grown in the US is why I bought it from Spices. Downside -- lid was not protectively sealed. Uneasy about that.

Granulated Garlic
Very pungent, I had to seal it an air tight container. But over all it works well and adds a nice garlic flavor and Aroma to my blends!
