First use of granulated garlic
I usually stay away from powdered garlic because it just doesn’t have the punch fresh garlic has. This is the first time I tried granulated garlic and it is more than I expect. It has the smell and taste I expect from fresh garlic and easier to use.

Better than garlic powder
I tried the garlic powder but was looking for a bolder taste of garlic when adding to meats or cheesy garlic toast. The granulated garlic was the perfect answer. I live in a hot climate, so I have to forego fresh garlic during the summer.
