A family favorite and pantry staple!
I have been making my own blackening seasoning for years and have spoiled my family with good quality blackened fish and chicken. This seasoning mix has allowed me to retire! So good. Aside from a few ingredients like lavender, is close to homemade version.

Blackened Seasoning
I put this on my catfish and on shrimp and sauteed it in a cast iron skillet, and oh my. Gave it great blackening flavor. Just the rt heat. Definitely a winner.
