So tasty! Forget the grocery strore blends...
Don't know how often Spices Inc. makes batches of their blends, but this one absolutely wow'd me along with the Cajun blend I ordered at the same time.
So seemingly fresh and fragrant.
Magnificent! Just add your favorite ground chile powder to heat things up.
There are two popular salty blends that hail from Louisiana in many grocery stores. Forget them. Get this stuff!

Outstanding flavor without all the heat or salt
Enjoying it and several other spices I bought after the Creole. Have used it on a pork loin and chicken. Very good on both. All the spices are really fresh. Even double bagged and sealed, you could smell the box when it arrived and I brought it in the house.

A little goes a long way!
This spice blend was rich in flavor and made the spicy shrimp tacos I made a hit. I also add some of their Hungarian Sweet Paprika to give it a kick. Did not disappoint.

Creole Seasoning
Great that no salt is included. Very flavorful seasoning, not just heat. Can use just a small amount for big flavor and some heat.
