Your Salt-Free Seasonings - so far everyone I have tried has been great. I thought you guys were in San Antonio not in Central Pennsylvania! :)
I use the Creole Seasoning like I would use Tony Chachere's. Seems to work very well.
I am going to order some of the "Island" Seasonings next - when I get around to it.

Creole Seasoning
One of our favorite meals is shrimp fried rice, the main seasoning is Cajun or creole seasoning. But it was always too salty. Now it is delicious...thanks for no salt seasonings!!

I eat creole cooking all the time and I must say this is BY FAR the best season blend for this type of cooking I have ever used. My family is from Louisiana and I grew up on Cajun and Creole cooking so I know what it should taste like and this is it!

To me, its a noticable difference between this and the salt free cajun...This is less spicy and has more of that cajun twang you find in dishes in restaurants. I love it and NEVER want to be without it.
