Need to cook it down
As rice flour being the top ingredient, this needs to be cooked down. This won't work as something to sprinkle. Does this remind me of Sri Lankan curry? No, nowhere near spicy enough. Does this remind me of Caribbean spiciness typically associated with Scotch Bonnets? No. I added a lot of minced raw ginger to raise the heat level and that helped.

Colombo spices
I was raised in Guadeloupe Island and and in France where Colombo powder is very easy to get, but in the State not so much, I finally found Spices Inc. sells one that is the closest to the one we find in Guadeloupe island! Thank you.
