Delicious!
We fell in love with Colombo de poulet while vacationing in Guadeloupe in April this year. I brought some of the powder home and made several batches of Colombo de poulet and we thoroughly enjoyed the authentic taste of the Caribbean! I eventually ran out of the powder and was very pleased to find it on Spices, Inc. I made my first batch of the recipe last night using your mix and was very pleased at the authenticity of the taste. One note: the sauce thickened up quite a bit more than the spice mix I brought back from Guadeloupe, so I will be adding additional broth to the stew to get the right consistency. I will definitely be buying this again!

So yummy
I originally ordered this to make something for my uncle who is from Guadalupe. So naturally I tried making it before I cooked for him... my son who is picky AF loves it. I have only found the one use for it but I will find more soon I promise it’s that yummy.
