It's Hot but not overly hot. The heat also builds wrapped in the sweetness of the mango. Start out with a little, unless you are a chili fan like me, then start out with a lot. I usually zest a little lemon over the chicken for some added zing and to bring a savory touch to the dish.

Habanero Mango Chicken Rub
It was a really good "hot" spice. I marinaded some chicken thighs and drumsticks overnight in this rub and then grilled them over a charcoal grill. Wonderful!Maybe I will try adding some real mango next time! I would buy this again.
