More grass than lemon
this seems to be more of the Green of the lemongrass than the flavorful white lower of the plant that has the lemon flavor.. it will work for some dishes, however if you are looking for the rich lemon smell then this is not the product for you.. In our case, we had to use a different product after buying this one.
