Really good stuff!
I typically don't buy onion powder as it is too fine, but I'm glad I tried this. Right after opening the package you can see it is slight darker than a "typical" onion powder. The flavor is really, really good. It's hard to describe other than onion-y, but it's a full rounded out flavor. I'm happy I got a big bag!

The toasted onion powder adds
The toasted onion powder adds a lot of richness to any dish. We use it in soups and stews and it does not disappoint. Far more flavor and depth then standard onion powder so add it slowly.
