Toasted Onion Powder
The toasted onion flavor adds a complex depth and richness that is difficult to duplicate. It also adds well into sauces and gravies, particularly dark brown ones. We've also used it in our onion soup recipe. Just a little really adds to the recipe...that and a little vermouth gives it a WOW factor.
Of course with Spices Inc. it's always fresh and aromatic.
