A Savory Necessity!
I love this spice. I don't love broccoli. BUT, use Toasted Onion Powder, I love broccoli! Toss broccoli crowns with olive oil, mix Toasted Onion Powder with sea salt, pinch of granulated garlic, and ground pepper. Bake for 25 minutes at 400. They come out better than potato chips.

Excellent Flavor and complexity
This powder has excellent depth and complexity. much stronger then anything you will find in a supermarket with an almost nutty flavor. Taste is more like caramelized onion then raw.

Toasted Onion Powder
But, I have since notices that they make a granulated form of it. So, even though we really love this powder flavour, the pourability of the granulated is preferable. Today I ordered the granulated form. If you are okay with fly-away powders though, you can't go wrong with this "cooked onion" flavour. All the taste and no work! :-)

Toasted Onion Powder
Far superior to any other onion powder we've used. Much different from anything you'd find in a supermarket. Secret ingredient to many recipes we enjoy and makes a great addition to roasts.

Toasted Onion Powder
The toasted onion flavor adds a complex depth and richness that is difficult to duplicate. It also adds well into sauces and gravies, particularly dark brown ones. We've also used it in our onion soup recipe. Just a little really adds to the recipe...that and a little vermouth gives it a WOW factor.
Of course with Spices Inc. it's always fresh and aromatic.

Toasted Onion Powder
Because I buy and dehydrate onions in bulk in the fall (gives me also that roasted flavor) which I use all winter and spring till I run out. I use this powdered version when I need the onion flavor but do like the added volume or texture that my dehydrated onions will give me. Also a nice option if you just don't happen to have fresh onions in the house. Of course because it doesn't give you the texture it will not work for everything.

Definitely worth it!
My family loves this stuff. I always get comments about how much flavor it has. It has ruined me for ‘off the shelf’ seasonings
