Great Stuff!
Perfect to make your own Lemon Pepper Grinder fill, without salt and other unwanted things, like all the stuff sold today. I use Spices Inc's Organic Peppercorns with this Lemon Peel. Too bad they don't have it in Organic. I also would like two Grinds, Coarse and Fine. This is fine and falls out of the grinder rather than in proportion with the peppercorns being ground. Coarse would keep it more in balance as only what ground would fall out together with the equal amount of pepper. HINT HINT! I use the Lemon Pepper on Chicken, Steak, Fish and in my home made Salad Dressing. Unbeatable.

Nice ingredient, I used this in conjunction with dried tangerine peel in a recipe on their website. I was very pleased with the result. I infused cooking oil with these two and it gave the oil a nice subtle flavor which added an additional touch of citrus to the dish.
