Seasonings
I tried the Mojito Lime on seafood we grilled. It tasted great out of the bottle, based on the flavor of the scallops and shrimp, we could taste the lime but the other flavors were lighter. Be liberal in the use of the product.
We were attracted to this brand because it is salt free which is difficult in the seasoning world. I would recommend it for anyone looking to be outside the standard seasonings from the grocery store

Mojito lime seasoning
Followed the recipe for grilled chicken, but cut back on the lime juice... 3 equal parts is what it called for... still to limey... will try it on other stuff
