Delightfully spicy chilies!
I bought these on a whim to put in my husband's stocking for Christmas, I'm glad I did! They are delightfully spicy and have a great flavor. A little goes a long way with these, especially if you are sensitive to spice, but they are a great way to add flavor to all kinds of dishes.

Also good chilies, like those Kashmiri peppers I got this time. I only made one dish with them so far, but really good. I will probably try these in the Thai red curry paste too, to see if they are as good as the Kashmiri peppers were in that.

A spicy chile with a vibrant color
I found this Byadgi Chile powder more spicy than the Byadgi in India. It grinds to a orange red powder . The heat is quite overwhelming....I had to halve the quantity I normally use.
Quality is very good indeed. The chile are dried very crisp and clean. There was a little fluff that needed to be taken out.
