Nice and hot
Nice chili but I like the kashmiri better for my Indian curry pastes. This one definitely packs a punch with a good amount of heat.

Also good chilies, like those Kashmiri peppers I got this time. I only made one dish with them so far, but really good. I will probably try these in the Thai red curry paste too, to see if they are as good as the Kashmiri peppers were in that.
